I Sent My Parcel but It Was Not Delivered Properly
The shipment I sent on July 29 from the Kapaklı branch with tracking number 5655****36001 has been continuously transferred back and forth between the Kapaklı and Velimeşe branches, even though the recipient’s address is in Kapaklı. Each branch claims the delivery is “outside their area of responsibility” and refuses to take ownership, causing delays and frustration for both me and the recipient. Despite contacting Aras Kargo’s main office, I was told they couldn’t assist me. The Kapaklı and Velimeşe branches now say the parcel must be picked up in person, even though I sent it with home delivery selected. My customer, who didn’t receive the item, has also been affected. I’m deeply uncomfortable with this careless handling and request that action be taken against those responsible.
