My Package Was Marked as Refused While I Waited at Home for Delivery

My package with tracking number 5662155112043, which was supposed to be delivered today, was not brought to me despite the fact that I was at my address and had clearly specified the delivery option. Aras Kargo informed me that it would arrive “within 2 hours,” but later the system falsely showed “recipient not at home” and “delivery refused.” In reality, I was at home all day waiting for my package. I have experienced similar problems with Aras Kargo before and never received a proper solution. Once again, I have been left victimized, and my package still has not been delivered to my address in Istanbul/Maltepe. I demand that my delivery be made as soon as possible. This keeps happening repeatedly—your employees provide false statements, and I am also dissatisfied with your call center, which offers no solutions. Several of my packages have been unnecessarily returned; building security cameras prove that Aras Kargo never even came. At the same time, Yurtiçi Kargo successfully delivered four of my other items. False updates are being entered into the system, which is unethical, and notes are marked as “left” when none exist. Aras Kargo couriers are clearly working arbitrarily, and my repeated complaints to the call center have gone unanswered. I expect my package to be delivered tomorrow.
