Since September 23, my shipment with tracking number 51982201 has been shown as “out for delivery” in the Aras Kargo system, yet as of today, September 29, it still has not been delivered. By chance, I came across an Aras Kargo employee who told me my package was at the branch and that I needed to pick it up, but I was never informed of this. When I checked the tracking link, it looked as if my package was moving around my neighborhood but never actually being delivered. I called the call center to collect it myself, and they gave me the Erzincan branch number (054926), but it redirects to an automated system and I cannot reach any authorized person. Since I don’t live in Erzincan, I don’t even know where the branch is located. Everyone gives me different information, and I cannot get a clear answer on where my package actually is. I am now worried both about the delivery delay and the possibility of my package being lost. Moreover, this issue happens frequently with Aras Kargo. I demand that my package be delivered to my address today without further delay, otherwise I will take legal action.
