Aras Kargo Lost My Shipment and Gave Conflicting Excuses About Its Delivery

I sent a package with Aras Cargo on 11.10.2024, shipment number 4088058919380. The package was not delivered to the address written on it but instead left at a place called Mal Kabul3, as they claim. Despite calling the branch numerous times, I could not reach them by phone. After opening a complaint, an official contacted me and claimed it was handed to S***. When I informed them that no such person existed, they asked us to retrieve the package from that location. When the recipient could not locate this person, I filed another complaint and this time I was called back from 0216 2170005. A new record, number 7229931, was created, and I was assured immediate action, but no progress was made, and no one followed up. I called again, and yet another record, number 7341260, was opened, but after 41 days, my package was still missing. Following this, a representative contacted me, offering an absurd and false explanation, claiming, "Your cargo was always left at that place, and it was picked up from there. We are not allowed to enter that building." This situation is unacceptable. While I hesitate to accuse the company of stealing the package outright, all indications suggest otherwise. Despite my repeated calls, no one from Aras Cargo has taken responsibility or provided a satisfactory resolution. I received no support in this difficult situation and felt completely abandoned. I desperately ask for help as no one listens to our concerns. I do not forgive them for the stress and trouble they have caused.
