Aras Kargo Claimed to Deliver My Package but I Never Received It

Aras Kargo claims that a package, which was not delivered on December 3, 2024, was marked as delivered. We filed a complaint, but the Alanya Alsan branch insists they delivered it and has not provided any feedback. There is no record of who received the package, no SMS notification, and no delivery code was sent, though it should have been at the time of delivery. We reviewed 24 hours of camera footage from the delivery day and saw no Aras Kargo vehicle. After contacting Aras Kargo's headquarters, a record was created, and they promised to initiate a resolution process, but we have received no updates. In the past, they would claim "We came but couldn’t find you," but now they falsely state "We delivered it." We will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and the prosecutor’s office, as there seems to be no other solution. We demand that our package be found and our losses be compensated.

A refund was supposed to be issued, but unfortunately, the branch is doing everything it can to avoid it. I'm sure the court will eventually resolve this issue.
