Aras Kargo Marked My Package as Delivered but I Never Received It

Aras Kargo did not deliver my package, yet I received a message stating, "Your shipment has been delivered." However, I never received anything. I have no idea where my package is or who will cover my loss. No one from Aras Kargo has contacted me, and despite my attempts to get information, I am left with no answers. My package is missing, and I am the one paying the price for their lack of responsibility. If a company claims a delivery has been made, they should be able to prove it. I expect a proper explanation, my package, or compensation for my loss. This experience has made me question whether Aras Kargo takes its customers seriously.
