Aras Kargo Lost My Shipment and Gave Conflicting Excuses About Its Delivery

I sent a package with Aras Cargo on 11.10.2024, shipment number 4088058919380. The package was not delivered to the addr...ess written on it but instead left at a place called Mal Kabul3, as they claim. Despite calling the branch numerous times, I could not reach them by phone. After opening a complain
