-More than 15 days ago, I purchased an item from the UK and paid for it by credit card. My package, with tracking number 35439857040, still has not been delivered. The tracking information shows that the parcel is at an Aramex office, but I have received no updates or delivery attempts so far. I am waiting at my address in Ankara, P* Ç*** Residence, Floor *****, yet I have not received any messages, notifications, or additional information.
From the beginning of this process, I have sent messages to your customer service team, but no one has contacted me and I have not received any response. I request that the product I purchased and paid for be delivered to me as soon as possible and that this delay be resolved promptly.
