I Can’t Complete ID Verification for My Amazon Order via Aramex

I placed an order through Amazon, which was shipped from the U.S. using Aramex. Although all my account details, including my ID information, were correctly entered on Amazon, I keep receiving an “Invalid ID number” error. Aramex sent me an email requesting ID verification, which I completed and submitted twice — yet the system still shows “Waiting for ID verification” with no progress.
It’s been days, and I have no idea whether my shipment is even moving. I created an Aramex account hoping to track the package there, but nothing shows up under my shipments. There’s zero transparency, no real-time updates, and no functional customer service to help resolve the issue.
Why is a simple verification process made so complicated and opaque? I’ve done my part repeatedly and still can’t get confirmation. I expect Amazon and Aramex to coordinate better and resolve this issue urgently. I’m left in the dark, waiting without answers — and that’s unacceptable for any logistics or e-commerce service.
