iPhone 11 Malfunctions: Seeking Replacement for Chronic Issues

On August 25, 2022, I purchased an iPhone 11, red 128 GB device. The phone began experiencing issues such as random shutdowns during calls, screen freezing, rapid battery drain, and excessive overheating in June 2023. I sent it in for warranty service, and they replaced the screen without providing any information and repaired it again. Furthermore, the technician's report falsely stated that the phone had scratches, marks, and dents, despite the fact that it was in pristine condition. Prior to the iPhone 11, I owned an iPhone 7 Plus for 5 years and never had any of these issues, which is why I sold it. I've now filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, requesting a new device replacement. When I mentioned this to Media Markt, they said that many of their customers were experiencing the same issue. If the problem is recurring, why isn't a new device provided on the first repair attempt? Finally, I demand that my iPhone 11 be replaced with a new device as soon as possible.
