iPhone 14 PLUS Stolen, Apple Allows Thief Get Away With It!

My iPhone 14 PLUS, which I purchased on March 2023, was stolen yesterday. I have called customer service several times to have the phone deactivated and for other procedures. However, because I have forgotten my Apple ID, no action is being taken, and no alternative verification method is provided. Despite having the product information, invoice, and usage data in my possession, nothing is being done simply because I cannot remember my ID. I am experiencing a great deal of distress due to the fact that I paid a much higher price for an Apple product, considering that Apple's communication center is known for its solution-oriented approach and technical support. It is unacceptable for such a large company like Apple to rely solely on an Apple ID for personal and product verification. Additionally, I have already filed a report with the police and have had my phone line closed. I did not do these things arbitrarily. I demand that my grievance be promptly addressed.
