Apple Forced to Seek Repairs Following Faulty iPhone 14 Pro Purchase

We purchased a brand-new iPhone 14 Pro from Apple's Bağdat Avenue store on February 16, 2023. Everything seemed fine until about a month ago when we woke up one morning to find that our phone wouldn't charge. We initially took it to the Mall Of Istanbul Gürgençler Apple service center, where they told us there was unauthorized activity on the device and promptly returned it. Following that, we went to the KVK Bakrköy Apple service center, where we were given the same verdict—unauthorized activity, resulting in the device being returned. However, we purchased this phone brand new and never had it repaired or tampered with in any way. It's possible that there was a manufacturing problem, but despite our best efforts, Apple remained unconvinced. We decided to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and they estimated that the process would take at least 3 to 6 months. Meanwhile, we were forced to have the device repaired elsewhere. The repair shop even pointed out a blemish on the protective cover, which is most likely what caused Apple to refuse service. The frustration of dealing with Apple's refusal to acknowledge a manufacturing defect is what we want to convey here. We tried for over a month to resolve this, but Apple refused to help, leaving us with a device that was still under warranty and had to be repaired elsewhere. I'm looking for a resolution to this problem as well as reimbursement for any costs incurred as a result of Apple's lack of support.
