I have an iPhone 11, and it has been giving me a lot of trouble lately. First of all, the phone's battery dies quickly, and it gets too hot, making it hard to hold. Also, the device turns on and off at random, freezes often, and moves very slowly. During phone calls, the sound cuts in and out, making it hard to talk. I sent the phone in for warranty service, but they said the speaker was the only problem and wanted 13,000 to fix it. It's not likely that all of these problems are caused by a single broken speaker. I have no doubt that Apple should fix this mistake and come up with a good solution. We chose Apple because it is known for being solution-focused, so I hope you won't let us down.
