Parimatch Failed to Credit $11 Paytm Deposit to My Account
I am writing regarding a payment issue with my Parimatch account that has not been credited. On February 11, 2026, I made a payment of $11 through Paytm to my Parimatch account (ID 530009144). Although the amount was successfully debited from my Paytm wallet, it has still not been added to my Parimatch balance.
I contacted Paytm support about this transaction, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully completed on their end. However, I have not received any response from Parimatch, and the $11 remains missing from my account.
I request that this payment be traced and that the $11 be credited to my Parimatch account (ID 530009144) as soon as possible, or that the amount be refunded to my original payment method. I also request clear information regarding the status and cause of this issue to prevent it from happening again in the future.
