I am writing regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with my 1WIN account. On February 15, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $190 from India via IMPS (bank transfer). In my 1WIN transaction history, the status of this withdrawal is shown as “successful”; however, the funds have not been credited to my bank account even though more than three days have passed.

I contacted 1WIN customer support about this issue, and they informed me that a ticket had been created for the technical team to investigate the matter. Since then, the status has remained “in progress” with no clear updates, and I still have not received the money in my bank account.

I request that 1WIN either immediately credit the $190 to my bank account or provide a clear and detailed explanation along with proof of the transfer. I also expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible, as the delay is causing serious inconvenience despite the transaction being marked as successful on your platform.
