Parimatch Failed to Credit My PhonePe Deposit and Has Not Issued a Refund

I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue with my Parimatch account related to a payment I made through PhonePe approximately two to three months ago. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance.
After noticing that the money had been deducted from PhonePe but did not appear in my Parimatch account, I took every possible step on my end to resolve the issue. I contacted customer support and provided all requested proof and screenshots confirming the successful payment. Despite this, I have neither received a refund nor had the amount credited to my gaming account.
Since the payment did not reach my Parimatch balance, I kindly request that the full amount of this failed deposit be refunded to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
