Apple iPhone 11 Buzzing Sound Issues

I purchased my iPhone 11 64 GB on May 22, 2022. While I initially used it without any issues, recently, I've been experiencing problems with the speaker making a buzzing sound, which seems to be a chronic issue. I've also encountered occasional screen freezes and low call volume, making conversations challenging. The camera app sometimes freezes as well. I've come across Apple bulletins within authorized service centers regarding chronic issues with the iPhone 11, which confirms my concerns. I've reached out to Apple support multiple times, but they dismiss the problems as normal via remote control. I'm not raising this issue arbitrarily, and I won't stop pursuing a resolution. The Ministry of Commerce has issued a clear warning about defective goods. Considering the chronic problems with the iPhone 11 64 GB, I'm prepared to escalate this matter by submitting a detailed complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee through the Diyarbakır Provincial District Governorship. I'll also share my experience on social media to bring attention to this issue. Thank you.
