Apple Watch SE 40mm Chronic Software Update Failure Despite Replacements

I purchased an Apple Watch SE 40 mm, which is still under warranty, and since almost the beginning I have been experiencing the same recurring malfunction. The watch does not update its software and this problem has continued despite all the service processes. Within the warranty period, the product was repaired once and then replaced with a new device twice, but the same issue appeared again in every new device delivered to me. Today I even have my 4th Genius Bar appointment regarding the same chronic problem. This situation clearly shows that the defect in the product cannot be remedied and that there is a chronic fault, and despite all these attempts the defective product keeps coming back to me. My service applications and processes have been carried out through the Apple Bağdat Caddesi store and one of my service records is registered under the number 102784320836. Although I have contacted Apple many times about this repetitive problem, no satisfactory or permanent solution has been provided to me and I have not received a stable, long-term response. For the last 4 months I have been unable to use my product efficiently and have lost serious time due to repeated service processes, which has caused me significant grievance. Despite repairs and replacements, the same defect continues and the Apple Watch SE model I am using clearly displays a chronic fault. For these reasons, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, I request the exercise of my optional rights. Specifically, since it is clear that the Apple Watch SE 40 mm model I use is defective and its chronic malfunction cannot be resolved, I request that my device be exchanged with a non-defective upper model Apple Watch or, if this is not possible, that my legal rights be used within the scope of the relevant legislation. Otherwise, I state that I will have to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
