Apple Refused Warranty for My Watch Series 10 Due to Fake Claim
I took my Apple Watch Series 10 to the authorised service center in İzmir due to a crackling sound from the speaker, the crown button not working at times, and constant disconnection issues. The watch is only six months old and still has 18 months of warranty left. I handed it over to the service center on July 11, 2025, with form number 174419. They told me the speaker would be cleaned and that a fee might be charged. Twenty days later, I was informed via SMS and email that the issue was deemed user-related, a foreign object had been found in the speaker, and the repair would not be covered under warranty. They offered a replacement for ₺16,089. I have never opened the device, and it is impossible that I inserted any foreign object into the speaker. I contacted Apple Support to ask what the foreign object was and requested a photo, but I received no response or explanation. I have only used the watch in İzmir, and the problems have been ongoing. I paid ₺18,688 for the device. I demand that it be repaired free of charge under warranty, replaced free of charge if necessary, or that I receive a full refund. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved.
