Apple Zorlu Center – Repeated Issues and Unresolved Customer Grievance

As a loyal Apple customer who trusts the brand’s quality, I submitted my iPhone 11 to the Apple Zorlu AVM Authorized Service Center due to serious hardware and software issues under warranty. After the first repair process, I was informed that my device was "fixed" and ready for pickup. However, upon receiving my phone, I immediately noticed that the camera issue had not been resolved at all. Upon raising an objection, my device was taken in for a second repair, and I was told that only the camera had been replaced. However, my device has multiple chronic issues beyond the camera, including touchscreen malfunctions, overheating, battery performance decline, and speaker-microphone problems. Despite claiming the issue was "fixed" the first time, it is clear that a thorough examination was never conducted, and I was left dealing with the same problems. As a result of Apple’s negligence, I have been left without a phone for weeks. During this process: 📌 I had to visit the service center twice due to Apple's own failure to conduct a proper repair. 📌 I had to spend extra money to find a temporary phone while waiting for a proper solution. 📌 I have repeatedly traveled to Apple Zorlu AVM, incurring unnecessary time and transportation costs. 📌 Apple failed to conduct a thorough examination and left my device with unresolved issues after the first repair. 📌 As of now, my phone is still at Apple Zorlu, and my inconvenience persists. It is unacceptable that Apple provides device replacements for other customers facing similar issues while I am being neglected and forced into an endless repair cycle. A mere camera replacement does not compensate for my ongoing grievances! Apple’s failure to properly inspect my device and its refusal to acknowledge the multiple chronic problems contradict the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Therefore, I demand a full device replacement and compensation for the inconvenience I have suffered. If my issue is not resolved, I will take further legal action, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursuing other legal remedies. As a global brand, Apple should prioritize customer satisfaction and address issues fairly and efficiently. I expect an urgent response and resolution to this matter.
