Anthropologie Customer Service Unresponsive For Unauthorized Charge

I purchased two bistro ceramic jars from the Anthropologie website on March 30, 2023, and paid for them. Before I received my products, an unauthorized charge was made to my card for the same amount!

I am requesting that Anthropologie:

Cancel my order and refund my payment.
Make their customer service department more responsive.
Explain why an unauthorized charge was made to my card.
I have tried to contact customer service multiple times, but I have not been able to get through. I have also sent emails, but I have not received a response. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from Anthropologie. I am considering using legal action if my refund is not processed soon.
