Anthropologie Order Canceled But Refund Not Processed

I ordered from the Anthropologie website and paid for them. However, when I checked my order status, I saw that the order had been canceled.
I contacted customer service via email (since there is no phone number) to ask why the order was canceled. They told me that the products were out of stock, so they canceled the order. When I asked for a refund, they said that they had not received any payment from me. I told them that I had the receipt, but they still refused to refund my money. I am very disappointed with Anthropologie. How can they create an order without receiving payment? I am requesting that Anthropologie refund my money immediately.
