I made a purchase on the Anthropologie Turkey website and completed the payment. Unfortunately, the order has not been shipped yet. I've been trying to reach customer service several times, but I just can't seem to get through. I've also shot off some emails, but haven't heard back from anyone.

I am extremely let down by the customer service I have received from Anthropologie Turkey. I'm thinking about taking legal action if my order isn't shipped soon.
