Robx7 Robot Vacuum Keeps Breaking – Multiple Repairs Within Warranty

I bought a Robx7 robot vacuum, and I deeply regret it. It has broken down three times, and the warranty hasn’t even expired yet! When I sent it in for the second repair, they claimed it was fixed, but as soon as I tested it at home, a new issue appeared. Now, I’m stuck waiting for the service team to send it back again.

How is this acceptable for a product that’s supposed to make life easier? Instead of cleaning my home, I’m dealing with endless repairs and waiting for service. Robx7, I demand a permanent fix or a replacement! A product this faulty should not be on the market. Customers deserve reliability, not frustration!
