I purchased an iRobot Roomba smart vacuum and was satisfied with its performance for the first year. However, recently, it has developed a charging issue, making it unusable.
The vacuum does not sit properly on the charging dock, causing inconsistent charging.
Sometimes, it connects to the dock but randomly stops charging, forcing me to manually adjust it multiple times.
Even when I reset the power by unplugging and reconnecting the charging station, it only charges for a short time before stopping again.
This does not seem like a contact issue, but rather something wrong with the charging system.
I request iRobot’s support team to resolve this issue urgently. If necessary, I expect a replacement charging dock or a proper fix. No matter what I try, my Roomba won’t stay charged, and this needs an immediate solution!
