We had a bit of an issue with some faucets and valves in our house, the water supply stopped working at some points, I was glad I had a warranty with you guys, yet when I called to place a service request, there were a couple of things about the warranty coverage that I wasn't quite sure about. The warranty says it covers all parts and components, but I learned that flow restrictions in fresh water lines aren't included. There was also a limit of $1,000 if a contractor needed to cut through concrete to reach something, which is not enough to cover the whole cost of repairs in some cases. these limitations in the warranty made me feel a little unsure about the coverage. It would be great if there could be a way to address concerns like flow restrictions or concrete cutting in the future plans.
