My Dyson V8 Vacuum Broke - Denied Warranty Coverage Despite Promises

I recently encountered an issue with my Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner where a manufacturing-related part malfunctioned and subsequently broke. When I contacted Dyson's call center about this problem, I was informed via video call that the replacement of this part would require payment and wouldn't be covered under warranty.

During my conversation with the customer service representative named T****, I explained that in a previous call, I was assured that any part, regardless of user error, would be replaced one-to-one within the warranty period. I requested that they review my call recordings, log my complaint, and if possible, connect me with a supervisor.

The representative insisted that the information I received earlier was incorrect, that they couldn't transfer me to a supervisor, and that even if they logged my complaint, there would be no follow-up or consideration of the error.

It's worth noting that Media Markt, where I purchased the product, provided the same information I mentioned above during the sale.

What does a customer mean to Dyson? Despite paying a premium price and expecting quality and customer satisfaction, we're treated with suspicion by the call center and met with repeated attempts to discourage us. Do customer representatives operate on their own discretion? How can they implement processes that trigger such dissatisfaction, going so far as to say that even if you report a complaint or problem, there won't be any result or follow-up?

After my persistent efforts, a complaint record number 2870949 was opened. I want to share with everyone on this platform that I will be following up on this issue, sharing it across all areas, and pursuing my consumer rights through legal channels if necessary.

I hope Dyson responds to demonstrate what a customer means to them and actually listens to a customer's voice.
