Amazon Sold Me Artema Marin S A42149 Faucets That Have No Water Pressure

We bought two Marin S A42149 sink faucets from Amazon, thinking the price was part of a promotion, and we didn’t install them for a long time because our existing faucets were still working. When we finally had them installed two months ago, we realized that the water flowed like a regular tap with no pressure. The plumber told us the products were either defective or that this series had poor flow quality. We chose the Artema brand specifically for its reputation and paid more even at a discounted price, believing we were investing in quality. However, even cheaper faucets from a local plumber would have delivered better performance. We have a lower-end Artema model on another sink that provides excellent aerated flow, mixing air and water smoothly. These Marin S faucets, on the other hand, provide weak, non-aerated water flow like a public fountain, and the aerators are already rusting. We contacted Amazon for support, and they referred us to Artema for warranty service. Artema said the authorized service would visit, but if no fault is found, we would be charged around ₺1500 per kilometer from the city center to our district. If the technician doesn’t resolve the issue, we’re left with an unnecessary ₺1500 bill. All the intermediate valves were also replaced during the installation with two Artema-brand valves, and since everything is new, there's no clogging or obstruction. This situation does not reflect the standards expected from Amazon or Artema. We genuinely enjoy using their products at home, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
