AWS ECS Application Not Working Despite Billing Issue Resolved

Last night, we discovered that our web application hosted on AWS ECS was not functioning. Upon checking the panel, we saw that the account had been restricted. Assuming the issue was due to unpaid invoices, we immediately cleared all outstanding payments. Afterward, we performed a force update on the ECS services to restart the application. However, the application has remained non-functional since last night.

We reached out to AWS support this morning, but it’s now afternoon, and we still haven’t received a response. This delay is unacceptable, especially as our customers are trying to use the application during a critical post-trade fair period. I demand AWS resolves this issue urgently and provides a better support experience moving forward.
