Unauthorized $500 Charges on My QNB Finansbank Card by Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) made two unauthorized $500 transactions on my QNB Finansbank credit card within 10 minutes, without my consent. I have no way to contact AWS customer service to resolve this issue, which is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, QNB Finansbank failed to flag these transactions as suspicious before processing them. Instead, I only received an SMS notification after the charges were completed.

This negligence raises serious concerns about the bank’s fraud detection systems. I demand an immediate investigation into these unauthorized transactions and a full refund. Both AWS and QNB Finansbank must address this issue promptly to resolve my grievance and prevent similar situations in the future.
