Unresolved Refund for Baby Seat by Pierre Cardin at Amazon

On July 17th, I ordered a Pierre Cardin baby seat from Amazon under the order number 402-2517831-6299541. I initiated a return request through the Orders menu because I was dissatisfied with the product. For the return, Amazon instructed me to print an azn9000125685 label through MNG Cargo. I followed their instructions exactly and handed over my return to MNG. However, the package was returned to me three days later in severely damaged and torn condition. I promptly returned it due to the damage. It's been three months and I still haven't gotten my refund. Both Ebebek and Amazon are blaming each other, and I'm caught in the middle, with no way out.
