Amazon Lost My Return Items and Delayed Resolution for Over a Month
On November 2, my mother mistakenly handed over items from ebebek instead of the Amazon items to the courier who came for the return. Upon realizing the situation, I promptly sent back the correct Amazon product using a new shipping code, resolving that part of the issue. However, since November 2, a significant problem has arisen regarding my ebebek products, which have been withheld and not dispatched by Amazon. During this period, I contacted Amazon multiple times via phone, email, and live chat to express my return request and to track the status of my items. Despite 33 days of persistence, no resolution has been provided, and my items remain undelivered. I would like to highlight that all these communications are documented, and the necessary evidence is available for your review. After such a prolonged delay, the return period for the items with ebebek has expired, meaning that the products can neither be returned nor used. These items were already unsuitable for my baby and intended for return, but the extended delay has rendered them entirely worthless to me. Whenever I place an order with Amazon, deliveries are completed within two days at most. So why has my return been delayed for 33 days? Being made to wait this long without a solution reflects poorly on the customer service experience. Due to this grievance, I am requesting compensation for my loss.
