Amazon Still Hasn't Delivered My Order
I ordered something from Amazon, and despite the fact that it was not delivered on October 5th, the status shows 'delivered.' Aras Kargo's tracking number is 3509298016044, which Amazon provided to me. I contacted Aras Kargo and informed them that the package had not arrived despite the fact that it had been marked as 'delivered,' and I filed a complaint. Aras Kargo did not respond. After about two weeks, I called again, this time urgently filing a new complaint. Despite the passage of weeks, there was no follow-up. I called again, and a complaint was created with the reference number 5012910. The product has not arrived, and no search has been performed using the delivery code. I'm curious why no results have been obtained in all this time. They don't seem to bother closing complaints on their own unless I initiate contact. I strongly urge Amazon officials to accept responsibility, quickly resolve the issue, and refund my money. Otherwise, legal action will be taken. Officials at Amazon, it's time to address this.
