Instagram Account Permanently Disabled

I have been facing serious technical and access problems with my Instagram account, even though I believe I have not violated any rules. My account with the username “_pvt.mohd_0786” was suddenly suspended on 7 September, and shortly after I received a notice stating that it was permanently disabled for allegedly violating Community Guidelines. Right after the suspension, I tried to follow the appeal process shown on the screen. However, I did not receive any verification code in my email, so I was not able to complete the appeal form properly. Hoping that it was just a temporary bug, I logged out of my account, but after that I became completely locked out. Since then, I have tried using the “forgotten password” option, but every attempt fails with the message “unable to log in, please try again later” so I cannot access my account or properly submit an appeal. This situation is extremely frustrating because I have followed the instructions given by Instagram, but the technical issues prevent me from defending myself or recovering my account. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed in detail, that these login and verification code issues be fixed for my account, and that my Instagram account be reactivated if possible or at least that I receive a clear and detailed explanation about the decision.
