Incorrect Product Delivery and Ineffective Customer Support Drove Me Crazy!!



I ASKED for a Dyson vacuum and got something completely different that looked like a car seat warmer??? When I called the shipping company, they told me to call Amazon's customer service, which was hard to do. The number given had agents who spoke English. Even though I created a return with a code, the affiliated cargo company (MNG Kargo) wouldn't take it, so they sent me to a different branch. I had to wait there for an hour, and no one there wanted to help me. Receiving the wrong item and dealing with customer service that wouldn't help me has made me angry and frustrated.
