I ASKED for a Dyson vacuum and got something completely different that looked like a car seat warmer??? When I called the shipping company, they told me to call Amazon's customer service, which was hard to do. The number given had agents who spoke English. Even though I created a return with a code, the affiliated cargo company (MNG Kargo) wouldn't take it, so they sent me to a different branch.
