BDG Game Not Open

I am using BDG Game with the mobile number 7679036*** and my in‑game ID 669***. Today in the morning around 9 o’clock my account suddenly stopped working and the game no longer opens properly. When I try to log in, the system shows an error on the screen saying “Error: 138 SMS have been restricted” and my account appears blocked. I did not receive any OTP code by phone, and after this situation my account remained blocked and I cannot access the game anymore. I request that my BDG Game account be urgently checked, the block and Error 138 problem be removed, and my access to the game be restored as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue and inform me about the result.
