Unjust order cancellation and account suspension by Amazon

I recently had a terrible experience with Amazon when they unjustly canceled my order for what they deemed as a "suspicious transaction" on my card. This is particularly frustrating as I have ordered from them multiple times before and have never had any issues. To make matters worse, when my order did not arrive as expected, I attempted to check the status of my order through the mobile application, and was asked to provide additional security information. I immediately complied and provided all of the requested information, but was told that I would have to wait 24 hours for a resolution. I then attempted to reach out to customer support for assistance, but was unable to do so as my account had been suspended and I was unable to log in to access the necessary contact information. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated and victimized by Amazon. The whole experience has been a nightmare and I am extremely disappointed in the way that my issue has been handled. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will not be shopping with Amazon again and I will be sure to share my negative experience with others.
