Amazon Suspended My Account After Canceling My Order Due to Suspicious Activity

Since early this morning, I have been trying to contact Amazon; after three tries to talk with someone, my account was abruptly suspended. They emailed me that my order was canceled because of suspicious activities, which seemed illogical to me. By then the product had gone out of stock, so I offered to purchase it using my friend's account but I was left without it. Still, Amazon has not addressed my problem or offered a suitable fix in spite of all this. Although I have always trusted them, this has been quite annoying and their lack of support has left me without the required good.
