Bershka Customer Service Failed to Address Order Delay

I placed order number 30339620566 with Bershka, and even though four days have passed, the order status still shows “Preparing”, and the item has not even been shipped yet. Because I urgently need this product, this delay is causing me serious inconvenience.

After experiencing this delay, I contacted your WhatsApp support line, where I was told only that it is normal for the order status to show “Preparing,” that shipping depends on the preparation stage, and that I would receive updates by email. However, this response did not include any clear timeline and offered no concrete solution regarding my urgency or the inconvenience I’m experiencing.

I have had similar issues with previous Bershka orders, and some of them took almost a month to arrive. Experiencing the same problem repeatedly has seriously damaged my trust.

Because this item is urgent, I request that my order be prepared and shipped as soon as possible, and that your processes be reviewed to prevent these types of delays from happening again.
