Remitly Shows Transfer Completed but €5,600 Never Reached My Bank Account

On Thursday, I made a €2,200 transfer via Remitly from my account in the Netherlands to my own Yapı Kredi bank account in Turkey. Even though the transfer shows as “completed” in the Remitly app, when I checked my Yapı Kredi mobile banking, I saw that no money had been credited to my account.
I first contacted Yapı Kredi, and the bank told me that there was no incoming or pending transfer on their side. I then contacted Remitly two or three times, and I was told that the money was with a so-called “corridor bank,” that they would email this bank, and that I needed to wait three days. No clear or satisfactory explanation was provided.
Later, Remitly asked me whether I approved canceling the transfer. Because of the ongoing uncertainty and prolonged waiting, I approved the cancellation. I was told that the transaction had been canceled, but the money did not return to my Netherlands account either. In other words, the €2,200 is currently visible in neither my Turkish account nor my Dutch account. After that, I contacted Remitly several more times, and this time they continued to delay the process by giving timelines such as 3 days, 5 days, or 10 days.
For approximately three days, my money has effectively been missing, and I have been seriously harmed by this situation. I demand that Remitly refund the full €2,200 related to this canceled transaction back to my Netherlands account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear and transparent explanation for the reason behind this delay.
My Remitly reference number for this transaction is R35676826109.

Although both transfers appear as “completed” in the Rem...
