Stanley Thermos Order Cancelled by Amazon

Hello, my order with the number 405-9752495-5397163, specifically the Stanley Classic Trigger Action Thermos Mug in Navy Blue, supposedly delivered by Amazon, is nowhere to be found. Despite numerous attempts to reach customer service, I haven't received any response. In my last call, the customer service representative, supposedly a shipping liaison, asked for time until Monday at 4:00 PM and even suggested a refund. Given the discounted price and the hassle of dealing with corporate invoice processes, I expressed my preference to keep the item. They assured me a resolution. However, on Monday around 5:00 PM, a different representative called, stating they couldn't get a response from the courier and offered a refund. While the refund was processed, the item I wanted had doubled in price, and I had to settle for a different color. If it weren't for the assurance of a definitive solution from the customer service representative, I would have accepted the refund and reordered the desired color. The courier's inefficiency is lamentable, and Amazon, as a major company, shares responsibility. The product, claimed to be delivered, is still unavailable elsewhere. If there is a customer-centric Amazon before me, I demand they send me the same color of the product that was supposedly delivered.
