Amazon Denied My Refund for Stanley Thermos Recall and Ignored My Requests


On July 17, 2023, I bought a Stanley Trigger thermos. I later received an email from Amazon stating that Stanley had issued a recall for the thermos. However, Amazon refused to refund me because I did not return the product immediately. By the time I finally sent it back, a significant amount of time had passed. Meanwhile, Stanley was only offering a flap replacement instead of a full refund. Amazon processed my refund in Turkish currency, and by then, the thermos I originally bought for ₺600 had increased to ₺1600. As a result, I was unable to purchase a new one. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I never even received a response. I request a fair resolution to this issue.
