Amazon Thermos Order Somehow Marked As Delivered Yet I Haven't Gotten Anything

the thermos I ordered from Amazon shows it was delivered on November 15th, but I haven't received it. I've had multiple conversations and complaints with MNG Cargo, and every time, they tell me, "The product will be delivered to you by six in the evening." But guess what? It never gets delivered. Today, I called MNG Cargo again, and they said they'd talk to the company and get back to me. I'd appreciate your support in getting this product delivered to me.
