31On August 15, I placed an order for a Stanley thermos from Amazon with the order number 403-1878363-3124331. Even though it was more expensive compared to other platforms, I chose Amazon because I trusted its reliability. Today the product arrived, and I couldn’t believe that such a big company would ship it this way—it was only wrapped in paper. I contacted customer service and asked them to at least provide a goodwill coupon to make up for the inconvenience, but they offered no help. Because of their mistake, I wasted time and now I’m left in a difficult situation since I’ll be traveling out of town in two days. No compensation or alternative solution was provided.
