Even though it was more expensive compared to other platforms, I chose Amazon because I trusted its reliability. Today the product arrived, and I couldn’t believe that such a big company would ship it this way—it was only wrapped in paper. I contacted customer service and asked them to at least provide a goodwill coupon to make up for the inconvenience, but they offered no help.
