Amazon Delayed My Order and Hasn’t Refunded My Money Even After Cancellation

I ordered two products from Amazon. However, the product was very late and could not be delivered, so I canceled the order at this stage. The person I spoke to on the phone last week said that the return process was completed and the money was refunded. However, the situation is not like that at all. Today, 8 days have passed and the money has not been refunded. Problem 1: courier company could not deliver on time and it is not clear where the product is. Problem 2: Amazon blames the cargo. Problem 3: I commented on the product, but the comment was not published.
