Returning Oversized Columbia Raincoat Ordered from Amazon Is a Total Hassle
ordered a Columbia raincoat from Amazon Germany through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be excessively large, and I encountered difficulties in arranging a return. The region where I reside lacked the services of the courier company for returns, and I couldn't find doorstep return options. When I attempted to return the item in another city due to the absence of a courier service in my location, I faced issues with the return code. This made it impossible for me to complete the return process. It is disheartening that both the unavailability of a suitable courier service in my area and the issues with the return code hindered my return efforts, leading to the expiration of the return period. I kindly request appropriate assistance to address this situation from a reputable online platform like Amazon.
