I am extremely dissatisfied with Amazon. On February 11, unfortunately, my Philips fully automatic EP5443/70 coffee machine arrived damaged. The coffee machine, which arrived 1 day after the order, was taken from home after 2 or 3 days, and the 2nd machine was delivered on February 21. Since the 2nd machine was also damaged, I created a replacement request again. I talked to their representatives many times and received false information during the process. Yesterday evening, I explained it beautifully in the evening, since I was working in the office, I asked them to pick it up after working hours because they worked with Kolay Gelsin from home. When I received an SMS from Kolay Gelsin during the day, I called Amazon again, I talked to Ms. Gülçin and she told me that she had met with the Kolay Gelsin team and would pick it up after 19:00. Afterwards, the cargo company sent me an SMS that we could not receive it because we could not find it, and I call you again and it is stated that such an hour cannot be given, and when I ask for an authorized person, I talk to Mr. Burak, who does not listen to me, interrupts me and it is obvious even from his tone of voice that he is never solution-oriented. I will never, ever make a transaction from your site again and I will not recommend it to anyone. This service is an insult to your brand. The visuals of the problems I have experienced are also attached. I request an explanation of how a product can come 2 times without being checked with scratches and cracks and my victimization to be eliminated immediately. I would like the cargo company you work with until 22:00 to pick up the product from my address after 19:00 today if you do not bother. In addition, take a look at the visual of the product that came for the 2nd time. How can a machine come so crushed with Aras Kargo is an unacceptable image? I want to receive a product that I have paid so much money for as it should be a zero product without defects, scratches, cracks, and cracks.
