Amazon Delayed Refund for Faulty Arzum Okka Minio Coffee Machine

I purchased an Arzum Okka Minio Turkish Coffee Machine from the seller Kolaysepet on Amazon.com.tr with the order number 406-8280959-3814703 on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and the product was delivered to me. Upon receipt of the product, I opened the box to check whether it was functioning properly. However, I noticed that the device's sensor had a detection malfunction and a heating problem; it does not heat the coffee and absolutely fails to provide the desired performance. Immediately upon experiencing the issue, I contacted customer service and requested a return. Nevertheless, I was informed that no courier service would be provided to my home for the return, and that I was required to go to a DHL cargo branch in person. The round trip to the nearest DHL branch is approximately 10 km, which poses a significant inconvenience for me in terms of both transportation costs and time loss. After returning the product, I was told that the refund would be processed within the anticipated timeframe. However, I continuously observe that the refund date is being postponed, and I have been in a state of detriment for more than a week. The product is under warranty, and I made the payment of ₺1,849 using my İş Bankası card ending in 4141. I demand that the grievance I have experienced be remedied as soon as possible and that my payment be refunded to me in the quickest manner.

Instead of offering a solution, they act unethically by constantly postponing the refund process on the timeline. First it was postponed to November 12, then 14, and now 15, and whenever I try to contact them, no one is interested.

This time they completely stopped the process, I even went to the bank branch for confirmation. Even though there has been no progress, they are not taking any action.
