Regarding Refund Of Cancelled Amazon Fresh Item

I am writing regarding my Amazon Fresh order with number 407-1049240-8889117. The item was returned to the seller, but I have still not received my refund even though the return was processed around 13 May 2026. Because the refund has not been issued, I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times. Instead of resolving the issue, my call kept being transferred from one representative to another, and now when I try to reach Amazon customer care, the call is automatically disconnected. This has made it impossible for me to get any clear information or support. I request that the full refund for this returned order be processed immediately and that I be informed clearly once it has been completed.
