Amazon Customer Service Is Unreachable During My Return Problem
On April 18, 2026, I created a return request for my Amazon.com.tr order numbered 406-4449885-4869128.
When I took the product to the shipping company using the return code provided by Amazon’s system, the shipping company informed me that the code was insufficient and invalid for processing the shipment. Because of this, the product is still in my possession, and I have been unable to start or complete the return process.
The main issue is that, despite wanting to report this problem to Amazon customer service, I have been completely unable to reach anyone for assistance. I cannot explain the return code issue or the fact that I am unable to send the product back because there is no accessible customer support available to help me.
I have tried reaching Amazon customer service through phone support and other communication channels, but I have not been able to connect with any customer representative.
I request that Amazon provide me with a valid return code so that my return process can be completed without further problems. I also request that customer service contact me directly and resolve this issue as quickly as possible so I can finalize my return and refund process properly.
I couldn't ship the product because the return code was insufficient, I can't reach customer service, and I am requesting communication with a valid return code.
